We had a great experience with the team at Warmflame. They helped us with a leaking bath tap, a kitchen sink drainage issue, and finding a solution to move our hot water cylinder and pump. Michelle's communication was excellent throughout, from the initial enquiry to booking and invoicing. Sam completed the work on the bath tap and kitchen sink to a high standard, was tidy, and explained everything clearly. Mike came up with a solution for relocating our hot water cylinder and pump after another company had told us it wasn't possible. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. I have used Warmflame for a number of years now as they are very professional,reliable with excellent communication.and good quality workmanship. They do my annual boiler service and have recently replaced my old heating system radiators with equivalent modern ones.Highly recommended.

I discovered warmflame through simple Google searches and saw they had a good reputation and began communication through their messaging service. Replies were quick, informal and the waiting time wasn't long. Mike on arrival too leaving was polite, friendly and informal of what needs doing and how it all works. The fix was made within the hour and I think their pricing is good value for the quality of work. I will be using them in the future for yearly servicing and for any future issues I cannot rectify myself

They were extremely fast at making an appointment for an engineer to attend our property. When the engineer came round, he ran a full diagnostic of our boiler system and fixed it on the same day. Very happy with the price and the excellent service we experienced. We will definitely use again.
